Everything was fine besides no microwave in the room, the microwave in the lobby was nasty. Parking was too far! Breakfast was ok. The oatmeal was watery. I loved the tall lady with the brown hair @ the front.. she has the BEST mannerism and she made my drink perfectly… she worked 8pm 2/7/24.

10/10!! ||An amazing price! Beautiful set up. Downtown. Super nice!! I can’t recommend the breakfast because we slept so good we missed the time to go down lol but everything else exceeded our expectations! Will be back.

Everything about the hotel was beyond expectations! From the concierge to the bartender, everyone involved was professional and would recommend staying at the Hyatt to anyone! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in a top notch hotel that’s affordable in a very convenient location!

Clean and Comfortable rooms, the only drawback is the Garbage trucks that come between 3:30-4:30am and wake everyone in the Hotel up. I have stayed multiple times and it is the same all the time. Not sure how the residents in the connecting buildings can deal with this multiple nights per week. Broken sleep every time.

People working at the counters are not highly educated with the system. I got charged twice upon checkout and they created 2 pending charges on my checking account for around total of $1400. Plus when I checked in, I asked if they pull money for whole stay up front and they advised they didn’t but truly they do. I feel as if they need to hire people with more hospitality and customer service experience.
